A man of many titles and talents, Jeff Arbisi is the Morton High School Jazz Band Director, Junior High Band Aide, MCUSD 709 Fine Arts Coordinator, Bertha Frank Performing Arts Center Manager, Morton Marching Band Electronics Coordinator, and Director of Jazz Ensembles at Youth Music Illinois, of Peoria. He received his Associate of Arts in Music at Illinois Central College, where he studied jazz saxophone under Larry Harms. At Lincoln College, he studied classical and jazz saxophone and clarinet under William Rhoda and received his Bachelor of Arts in Jazz Studies in 2015.

During the summer months, he is an active musician and audio engineer in the Peoria area and has played with such prestigious groups as the Illinois Central Jazz Train, J.C. and The Redemption, and the Central Illinois Jazz Orchestra.

In his free time, Jeff enjoys biking and spending time with his husband Chris.
